Joe
Montana
|
One of the greatest quarterbacks
in NFL history, Joe Montana enjoyed an illustrious 16-year
career with the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City
Chiefs. He now brings his lessons of preparation, teamwork,
and performance under pressure to large and small business
audiences. A master of late-game comebacks, he directed
his teams to 31 fourth quarter come-from-behind wins
during his career. Twice named the NFL's Most Valuable
Player, Joe led the 49ers to four Super Bowl wins, earning
three Super Bowl Most Valuable Player awards. He was
selected to eight Pro Bowls and named All-Pro five times.
Joe retired from professional football in 1995 and,
in recognition of his achievements; he was elected to
the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000.
Since
retiring from professional football, he has become a
popular motivational speaker, a partner with 49ers teammates
Harris Barton and Ronnie Lott in Champion Ventures,
now HRJ Capital, a Silicon Valley private equity fund
with over $650 million in assets, an active real estate
investor, and co-founder of MVP Performance Institute.
Joe
is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where
he received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He lives
with his family in Northern California. |
Tom
Mitchell Ph.D
|
Tom Mitchell, Ph.D. is
a business coach, author, motivational speaker, and
performance consultant. A former college head basketball
coach and sport psychology instructor, he currently
consults in the NBA with the Golden State Warriors.
Tom also works closely with executive leaders in a wide
range of industries, and coaches personal and professional
development. Tom co-founded the MVP Performance Institute
to bring his success principles and proven practices
to a wider audience.
Tom's
focus is teaching and coaching practical techniques
to: develop clarity and direction, enhance confidence,
regain enthusiasm and passion for work, improve communication,
identify strengths and challenge areas, and discover
more about the power of imagination and visualization.
Tom
is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Sonoma
State University and the University for Integrative
Learning. He lives in Northern California with his wife
and two daughters. |
Hilleary
Hoskinson
|
Hilleary Hoskinson is
a marketing and publishing executive with a 20 year
history of architecting highly motivated business and
operational teams. His current consulting practice specializes
in cultural development, goal setting, communications,
functional accountability, and team alignment. He is
a co-founder of MVP Performance Institute.
He
was senior vice president, Chief Marketing Officer at
eHealthInsurance, the largest seller of individual and
family health insurance in the country. Prior to eHealth
Insurance, he was the vice president of marketing at
Excite@Home, responsible for public relations, brand
development, advertising, and all customer acquisition
and retention activities. Prior assignments at Excite@Home
included vice president Executive Producer. Hilleary
was also senior vice president of consumer marketing
for U.S. News and World Report, and was the first General
Manager of Fast Company magazine, serving as a core
member of the launch team and a chief architect of the
Fast Company brand, He also served in consumer direct
marketing and sales positions at Time Incorporated and
Citibank.
Hilleary
graduated from Dartmouth College with cum laude honors,
receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and
Studio Art. He was awarded the Aimes fine art award,
and was the men's lacrosse captain, receiving both all-American
and first team all-Ivy honors. He lives in Northern
California with his wife and three children. |

Lani
Dy
|
Lani Dy is a real estate
entrepreneur, owning and managing medical and commercial
buildings in the Bay Area. Lani's energy, ambition,
and creative spirit has manifested into other business
endeavors as well. Ms. Dy is one of the founders and
a member of the board of directors of Bay Commercial
Bank, located in Walnut Creek and Oakland, California.
In addition to being a director, Lani serves on the
Bank's Loan Committee and the Asset Liability Management
Committee. She also represents and consults with real
estate investors for their investment portfolios and
is an adviser to MVP Performance Institute on both financing
and future growth plans. Lani grew up in Java, Indonesia
and came to United States in 1981 to pursue her dreams.
Ms. Dy received a B.S. degree in Business Finance from
California State University, Stanislaus. She lives with
her children in the Bay Area. |
