Scouting Reports
Leaders often need a quick check on their teams' readiness or capacity to perform. Getting that insight from the inside can prove to be difficult. MVP's expertise and objectivity allow us to quickly assess what leaders may not be able to see, or is purposely kept from them.
We call our assessments Scouting Reports. They are direct, honest and designed not to cast blame, but to shape a productive path forward. We gather information through interviews and observation, rather than checklists or surveys. The process is based on our proven, flexible methodology and the approach is customized for each client's culture and structure.
MVP Scouting Reports are a fast and efficient way to see what's really happening within the team, or to the team. We find that failure to diagnose and respond quickly to a lack of alignment or challenging human dynamics is the single largest unseen risk to an executive or project leader. However, while team members can usually see or feel what the leader cannot, they are unsure of the root cause or are cautious about calling them out.
